Galveston’s neighborhoods are remarkably varied for an island of its size.
The East End is known for Victorian architecture, mature trees and proximity to UTMB and Downtown. Lost Bayou and Silk Stocking feature historic homes and distinctive architecture, while Denver Court and Cedar Lawn have a more residential setting. Downtown offers loft and condo living near The Strand, restaurants and the harbor.
